Typically, Full bathroom remodels start at $4,000 - $6,000 in labor costs plus materials, plumbing, and electric costs. Material costs vary widely based on the size of your room and the products you choose to update. Costs can increase if significant remediation work is discovered during the demolition phase such as mold, rotten timber, insufficient plumbing or electric.

How much is an investment in a Kitchen Renovations?

With a full kitchen renovation, the sky is the limit. They range from $10,000 - $100,000. You'll gain new functionality in your kitchen, from work space organization to entertainment.

1. Contact-Consultation-Quote-Acceptance of Quote - Scheduling.

2. Material order - Site Preparation and demolition to prepare for the renovation. Additional materials if required

3. Renovation Process and rebuild

4. Final punch list and polish, Final review and acceptance, Final invoicing.

How long does it typically take for the work on my house to begin?

Depending on the size of the project, work will typically begin and be placed on the calendar after receipt of a 1/3rd deposit on the quote provided. The calendar works on a first come first serve basis.

What are your payment options?

Our projects are handled on a time and materials basis based on the complexity of the job basis. This is typically determined by the size and scope of the work. 

How long is a typical consultation?

For projects that require fewer than a couple of days’ work, work can typically be scheduled over the phone, via zoom, or from video and photographs. One of our client services consultants will give the estimated time-frame for your project as well as an estimated budget based on an hourly rate. For more involved projects, where a home visit by one of our remodeling consultants is appropriate, consultations typically last one to two hours depending on the scope of work.

Do you provide free consultations and budgeting?

Your initial consultation is provided free of charge within 30 miles of Portsmouth center. others incur a small travel fee. A budget range will be provided as well.
